At jovaki.com, we take pride in the quality of our hand-picked, deseeded, and flash-frozen custard apple pulp. Due to the perishable nature of our products, our refund and returns policy is strictly governed by food safety standards.
1. Perishable Goods Policy
- Because our products are frozen and require storage at $-18$°C or below, we cannot accept returns of items once they have been delivered to you.
- We do not offer refunds for products that have thawed due to improper storage after delivery, as they must be consumed within 24 hours of thawing.
2. Damages and Issues
- Please inspect your order (e.g., Order #8386) upon receipt.
- If you receive a product that is damaged, leaking, or incorrect, you must contact us at sales@jovaki.com within 6 hours of delivery.
- To process a claim for a damaged item, please provide:
- Your Order Number.
- Clear photos of the packaging and the product.
- A brief description of the issue.
3. Eligible Refunds
- Refunds are only issued in the following specific cases:
- You received the wrong item (e.g., wrong weight or product).
- The product was damaged during transit before reaching your address.
- The order was canceled before it was dispatched from our facility.
4. Refund Process
- Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we will notify you via your registered email (jovakiagrofood@gmail.com).
- Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method (e.g., via Razorpay) or as a store credit, depending on your preference.
- Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
5. Cancellations
- Orders can only be canceled if they have not yet been processed for shipping.
- To cancel an order, please email sales@jovaki.com immediately with “CANCELLATION” in the subject line.
