Refund and Returns Policy

At jovaki.com, we take pride in the quality of our hand-picked, deseeded, and flash-frozen custard apple pulp. Due to the perishable nature of our products, our refund and returns policy is strictly governed by food safety standards.

1. Perishable Goods Policy

  • Because our products are frozen and require storage at $-18$°C or below, we cannot accept returns of items once they have been delivered to you.
  • We do not offer refunds for products that have thawed due to improper storage after delivery, as they must be consumed within 24 hours of thawing.

2. Damages and Issues

  • Please inspect your order (e.g., Order #8386) upon receipt.
  • If you receive a product that is damaged, leaking, or incorrect, you must contact us at sales@jovaki.com within 6 hours of delivery.
  • To process a claim for a damaged item, please provide:
    • Your Order Number.
    • Clear photos of the packaging and the product.
    • A brief description of the issue.

3. Eligible Refunds

  • Refunds are only issued in the following specific cases:
    • You received the wrong item (e.g., wrong weight or product).
    • The product was damaged during transit before reaching your address.
    • The order was canceled before it was dispatched from our facility.

4. Refund Process

  • Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we will notify you via your registered email (jovakiagrofood@gmail.com).
  • Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method (e.g., via Razorpay) or as a store credit, depending on your preference.
  • Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

5. Cancellations

  • Orders can only be canceled if they have not yet been processed for shipping.
  • To cancel an order, please email sales@jovaki.com immediately with “CANCELLATION” in the subject line.
