• Pricing: All prices, such as ₹490.00 for 1 Kg of pulp, are subject to change without notice.
• Availability: Some products may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only according to our Refund Policy.

3. Order and Billing Information

• Confirmation: Upon placing an order, you will receive an automated confirmation via email.

4. Shipping and Delivery

• Perishable Goods: Since our pulp is frozen and deseeded for year-round perfection, it requires specific storage temperatures ($-18$°C or below).
• Delivery Schedule: We aim to process and ship orders promptly; however, delivery times may vary based on your location.
• Post-Opening Care: Once delivered and thawed, the product must be consumed within 24 hours and should not be refrozen.

5. Returns and Refunds

• Due to the perishable nature of our frozen fruit pulp, we typically do not accept returns once the seal is broken or the product has thawed.
